Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of VideoRankPro, a service owned and operated by KeybasherSoftware. By using VideoRankPro, you agree to comply with these terms.


1. Eligibility

Users must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations when using the service.


2. Account Creation and Management

Users create an account by making a purchase and setting a password. Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password. It is recommended that users choose a strong, unique password.


3. Billing and Subscriptions

We offer the following payment options:

  • Pay-as-you-go: Users purchase credits as needed.
  • Subscriptions: Two levels of subscriptions provide a set number of credits per month, with additional credits available for purchase.
    • Subscription credits expire 30 days after issuance.
    • Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in unauthorized access or manipulation of the website or application, including hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, or any form of malicious activity.


5. Ownership and Licenses

KeybasherSoftware retains full ownership of all software and content associated with VideoRankPro. Licenses to use the software are granted with active subscriptions and are valid for as long as the subscription remains active. If a subscription is not active, users will be moved to the pay-as-you-go plan, which includes a lifetime license.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeybasherSoftware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the VideoRankPro service, even if KeybasherSoftware has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of KeybasherSoftware under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in the six (6) months prior to the claim.


7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, users are encouraged to contact customer service for assistance. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, users may pursue other legal remedies as allowed by applicable law.


8. Account Termination

Accounts will not be terminated or suspended unless required by law or in the event of fraudulent activity. Users retain access to their accounts as long as they comply with the Terms of Service.
